Senior Business Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to support a high-impact digital transformation project focused on improving housing services in Alberta. This is a remote contract role with a strong focus on integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP systems, and data-driven reporting solutions to streamline access to affordable housing.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Facilitate integration with ERP systems
Develop and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems
Design and implement dynamic reporting dashboards using Power BI
Guide business process improvements and lead change management initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business architecture models for case management applications
10+ years of experience working with CRM solutions
10+ years of expertise in data conversion and process improvements
5+ years of project management experience
Experience integrating systems with ERP platforms
Strong proficiency in developing advanced analytics and reporting solutions
