Role: Senior Business Analyst with Sail point, IAM and Cybersecurity
Location:- Toronto ON
Contract Role

Senior business analyst with a good understanding of technology
Experience in Information security, specifically Identity and Access Management
Their tool is Sailpoint, migrating from on-prem to Cloud
The BA will produce functional and non functional requirements
Produce jira epics and stories
Oversee vendor deliverables
Contribute to process or automation improvements
Document Identity entitlement
Work on Cutover playback for production (collaborating with SMEs and the PM_
While Sailpoint project experience would be really nice to have, general IAM knowledge and IT security knowledge is more important (from a BA perspective)
Experience in financial services is valuable but not mandatory

What you will needBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
Professional certification(s) in Business Analysis/Process (e.g. CBAP, CBPP) and Agile Methodologies is considered an asset.
Demonstrated strong understanding of project and program management practices, along with experience in agile methodology.
Facilitate the requirements gathering process by assessing and analyzing needs from a range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT departments, and other end users.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing and future business processes, identifying areas for improvement while aligning them with industry’s best practices.
Experienced in implementing/enhancing applications and tools including IAM, SIEM, SASE, ServiceNow solutions using JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Proven experience in facilitating delivery of complex projects with competing priorities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, testers business stakeholders, and other team members.
Agility in adapting to new challenges, tools, and methodologies.
Past experience for cloud migration is highly valued.
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis type roles.
Cyber security or information security experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
