Business Analyst (Salesforce / nCino)

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2 days onsite weekly; subject to change)

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts with deep Salesforce expertise to support the onboarding of small businesses onto a commercial banking platform. The successful candidates will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and help deliver scalable Salesforce and nCino implementations.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and specifications for development teams.
Support day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and operational standards.
Configure Salesforce platforms (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Contribute to the design and delivery of solutions, focusing on scalability, usability, and compliance.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Promote a collaborative, efficient, and proactive team environment.
Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and system integration.
Extensive Salesforce platform expertise across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills, including user management and page layouts.
Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have

Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package on Salesforce).

Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear business value.
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Interview Process

1 round – 1-hour virtual interview (mix of behavioral, situational, and technical questions).
Includes a hands-on technical assessment (preferred language: Java, subject to confirmation).
