You’ll work hands-on with complex CAD, telephony, and radio systems — partnering with technical teams and frontline stakeholders to modernize and stabilize essential services across the province.
✅ What You’ll Bring
Proven experience on large, complex IT programs (desktop, web, mobile, telephony, radio)
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) application expertise
Background in ambulance, fire, or police operational environments
Strong knowledge of IP telephony, Avaya, and P25 radio technologies
Experience implementing Medical Triage Algorithms (MPDS or similar)
Senior-level business analysis skills: requirements, use cases, data & process modeling
Comfort working fully onsite and traveling to dispatch centres as needed

Leading business analysis workstreams across concurrent initiatives
Translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable requirements
Supporting telephony and dispatch infrastructure transitions
Developing business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
Collaborating closely with technical teams using Agile and OPS standards
