📍 Location: Remote (within Canada only)

🕒 Full-time | Contract until March 31, 2026 (with possible extension)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital health transformation initiative focused on enhancing healthcare delivery through technology.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of business analysis in healthcare
✅ Strong experience developing future-state models, gap analysis, and transition planning
✅ 5+ years leading teams in large-scale transformation programs
✅ Expertise in business architecture, organizational redesign, and stakeholder engagement
✅ Direct experience with healthcare change initiatives (e.g. Allscripts/Altera EPR, Chart Tracking)
✅ Familiarity with Pyxis Upgrades and GE Pharmacy Centricity implementations

🎓 Must-Have Certifications:
Prosci (ADKAR) – Organizational Change Management
ITIL – Service Management
Prince2 – Foundation or Practitioner

🛡️ Must be based in Canada and eligible to work with Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with PHIA.
