🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to support large-scale clinical and digital health initiatives within the public health sector.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience
■ ▸ 10+ years as a Business Analyst
– Documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes
– Identifying capability gaps in project environments
– Minimum 3 examples totaling 10 years required
■ ▸ 10+ years delivering projects in healthcare environments
– Facilitating requirements workshops with clinical stakeholders
– At least one large-scale acute care setting required
■ ▸ 3+ years implementing Altera suite of products
– In a clinical environment
■ ▸ 5+ years implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
– Minimum 2 implementations
– At least 1 multi-hospital / regional deployment
■ ▸ 5+ years in a Business Analyst Team Lead role
– Healthcare information systems projects
– Minimum 2 leadership examples required
■ ▸ 3+ years using Agile techniques
– Developing prototypes for healthcare systems
– Focused on usability and clinician satisfaction
