Senior Business Analyst (Financial Analyst)

Key Qualifications:
✅ 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial analysis
✅ Recognized professional certification (preferred) — e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar
✅ Expertise in business process analysis, redesign, and documentation
✅ Strong skills in developing statements of requirements, data dictionaries, and interfaces
✅ Familiarity with IIBA BABOK or other leading BA methodologies

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
🔹 Analyze and document functional requirements and decision flows
🔹 Evaluate and optimize existing business procedures and systems
🔹 Identify and prototype business process improvements and automation opportunities
🔹 Develop and document system interfaces, both manual and automated
🔹 Collaborate with clients to establish acceptance criteria
🔹 Lead initiatives and provide direction on business analysis best practices
