Senior Business Analyst – Finance Systems

We’re currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Finance Systems (Insurance & SQL) for an exciting opportunity in the insurance sector.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting system improvements, data analysis, and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid – Markham, ON
Contract: 7 months, full time (37.5 hours/week)
Rate: $53/hour salaried or $60/hour incorporated
Key requirements include:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on finance systems within insurance
• Strong insurance accounting knowledge (IFRS17, OSFI, financial reporting)
• Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
