Senior Business Analyst – ERP/EAM

🔍 Position: Senior Business Analyst – ERP/EAM
🔹 Experience: 10–15 years
📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid (2 days onsite in Edmonton, AB)
🚫 Must‑Have Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
– Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP/EAM solutions
– Strong understanding of data definitions and documenting data integration flows
– Expertise in process mapping, System Integrator RFP support, and general project activities
– Ability to lead end-user requirements workshops and document best-practice requirements
– Experience collaborating with business and IT teams to define data migration requirements from legacy systems to new ERP/EAM platforms
– Involvement across the full program lifecycle: requirements, design validation, data migration, solutioning, QA support, end-user knowledge transfer, deployment activities, etc.
