✅ Drive stakeholder collaboration and gather business & system requirements
✅ Design workflows, solution mock-ups, and process documentation
✅ Support the full systems development lifecycle
✅ Lead and innovate deployment and operational strategies
✅ Translate health data needs into actionable insights
✅ Influence product strategy and lead improvements across teams
✅ Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing

🎓 What you bring:
✔ 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
✔ Expertise in SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, Process Mapping, and Data Analysis
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Engineering, CS, or related field
✔ Strong understanding of healthcare operations and digital systems
✔ Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
