We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (RQ09297)
📍 Location: 21 College Street, Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 Duration: June 30, 2025 – March 31, 2026
💲 Rate: $80/hr

About the Role:
The Client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead integration, documentation, and end-to-end business analysis efforts for court case management transformation initiatives.
You’ll work on high-impact digital projects, engaging with vendors, architecture teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, map data flows, lead JAD sessions, and drive UAT and implementation phases—with a strong focus on criminal justice, family, and civil domains.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Gather & document business, integration, and system requirements
✔️ Lead stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, and gap analysis
✔️ Document data mapping, use cases, traceability matrices, and service blueprints
✔️ Support UAT, review testing artifacts, resolve defects
✔️ Ensure alignment with OPS standards and EA checkpoints
✔️ Collaborate on project delivery methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
Must-Have Experience:
✅ Court case management systems (criminal, family, civil)
✅ Integration technologies: Spring Integration, Azure, IBM ACE
✅ Mainframe integration specs
✅ 8+ years of business analysis in large-scale IT/public sector projects
✅ Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Visio, Microsoft Suite
✅ Strong communication, facilitation & documentation skills
🎯 Nice to Have:
✔️ OPS experience & familiarity with I&IT standards
✔️ BABOK certification
✔️ Proficiency with prototyping tools and process modelling
