🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Level 3) to support a large-scale Public Sector digital transformation initiative. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and governance bodies across the full SDLC.

✅ Must-Have Requirements

✔️ 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
✔️ Proven experience engaging business & IT stakeholders
✔️ Strong ability to produce high-quality business cases and navigate corporate/government approvals
✔️ Extensive experience documenting:

📊 System Requirements Specifications (SRS)
🔄 Business Process Models (As-Is / To-Be)
📐 Data Models (Conceptual & Logical)
🧪 Test Plans, Strategies & Test Cases
🔗 Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
⚠️ Risks, Issues & Status Reports

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🧭 Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation & documentation
📌 Conduct JAD / JRP sessions, feasibility analysis & project scoping
📊 Provide high-level and detailed estimates
🔍 Support design, development, testing & UAT phases
📣 Report progress, risks & mitigation strategies to Project Management
🧠 Support Architecture Governance & Digital Standards assessments
🤝 Knowledge transfer to Ministry & I&IT Cluster teams

🧠 Skill Set Highlights

🔁 SDLC expertise (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
📐 UML, Object-Oriented Modeling, Zachman Framework
🏛 Public Sector Architecture & Governance experience
🖥 Legacy systems (mainframe, batch & online transactions)
🧩 COTS implementations (e.g., Oracle Siebel)
🧪 HP ALM / Azure DevOps / JIRA for testing & backlog management
🎨 UI/UX prototyping, design thinking & user-centric design
♿ Strong understanding of AODA & Digital First Standards
