We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Front-End Digital Services – Public Services experience

5 months contract with renewal
Location: 3 days hybrid – downtown Toronto
Rate: $90/hr

About the role:
The Senior BA will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and public-sector partners to deliver high-quality, user-focused digital services.
Must-Haves:
8+ years of business analysis experience
Experience facilitating JAD sessions
Hands-on with unit/system testing
Experience with Azure, Figma, HTML, CSS
Strong documentation skills (business cases, user stories, requirements)

Nice-to-Haves:
User-centric website/forms design experience
Government or public-sector experience
