Position and Project Description
A Business Analyst (BA) specializes in understanding business needs and ensuring the solution addresses
them. They play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business stakeholders and are
responsible for assessing business processes, identifying needs, and ensuring solutions deliver value to
stakeholders

Desired Education/Certifications:
PMP or CAPM.
CBAP or other

Mandatory Experience:
Experience working within IT and specifically security is preferred.
Specific experience working directly within the utilities industry’s cybersecurity projects or deliverables with in the last two years.
