Key Responsibilities
👉 Gather, analyze & document business requirements.
👉 Create clear documentation, presentations & reports.
👉 Collaborate with stakeholders & technical teams.
👉 Facilitate workshops & stakeholder meetings.
👉 Develop process flows, user stories, KPIs & use cases.
👉 Support testing, QA, go-live & change management.
👉 Monitor risks & contribute to mitigation strategies.

Mandatory Requirements
✔️ 7+ years experience as Business Analyst in healthcare.
✔️ 2+ years in data integration/interoperability projects.
✔️ MBA in Healthcare Administration.

🔸 Strong BA documentation skills.
🔸 EMR/eReferral systems experience.
🔸 Data integration & reporting expertise.
🔸 Strong communication & leadership skills.
