This role requires deep experience with ServiceNow CMDB (CSDM), ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping, along with a solid foundation in Business Analysis within ITIL and SDLC frameworks. As well as, strong knowledge of business application architecture and hands-on familiarity with infrastructure, virtualization, and network technologies, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
