About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the SaskNuclear IT Program in Regina, SK. The role will involve working on the implementation of both COTS and custom applications for large-scale systems. As part of this project, you’ll play a key role in requirements management, user story documentation, business process modeling, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Management: Elicit and document business requirements.
User Story Documentation: Clearly define and communicate user stories for development teams.
Business Process Workflow Modeling: Model and streamline business processes to enhance system functionality.
Test Planning and Traceability: Ensure successful test planning and requirements traceability.
Documentation: Develop both technical and non-technical documentation.
Workshop Facilitation & Journey Mapping: Lead workshops and contribute to journey mapping for system improvements.
Product Support Design & Capability Mapping: Support product design and help map capabilities for business and IT teams.

Required Experience:
Senior Business Analyst/Lead role experience with large system implementations of both COTS and custom applications.
Expertise in Agile frameworks and user-centered design.

Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
