🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Contract) 🚨

I’m currently looking to connect with a Senior Business Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity supporting complex construction work management and vendor management processes. We are building a team for a HUGE client of ours in the utilities sector.

📍 Hybrid (3+ days/week onsite in Oshawa)

What we’re looking for:
– Senior Business Analyst experience with a strong track record of gathering and translating requirements for:
☢️ Construction Work Management Systems (CWMS)
☢️Construction Work Management (CWM) processes
☢️Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
(Construction experience is ideal, but relevant CWM process experience is key)
– Strong experience with process mapping & optimization across construction operations
– Ability to create Level 4 process maps and define both functional & non-functional requirements is essential.
– Strong experience with current vs. future state workflow design, particularly within vendor management functions.
– Strong understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle management and field workforce operations.

Nice-to-have but not required:
– Experience in nuclear, chemical, or energy sectors
– Exposure to contracts management
– Experience with managed task work in capital projects
