Must-Have Skills
✔ 2–3+ years in Disaster Recovery Planning
✔ Strong Business Process Mapping / Value Stream Mapping experience
✔ Lean Six Sigma expertise
✔ Solid communication & documentation skills
✔ Experience with Zachman Framework
✔ Strong BA/PM hybrid with deep PMLC knowledge
✔ Experience leading requirements gathering, JAD sessions, business cases, and modeling
Nice-to-Have Skills
• OPS experience
• Experience with Driver & Vehicle SO portal
• Architectural deliverables (DFD, sequence diagrams, deployment models, gating, etc.)
• Knowledge of LLM/GenAI, Big Data, UML, CASE tools, DevOps
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and conduct end-to-end business analysis
🔹 Work with multiple stakeholders to gather and document requirements
🔹 Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses
🔹 Create process models, use cases, data flows & architectural documentation
🔹 Support I&IT initiatives through structured business analysis methodologies
