Senior Business Analyst

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and gather business requirements
Analyze processes, data, and system integrations
Mentor junior BAs and support testing
Work closely with cross-functional teams

✅ Requirements:
Proven experience with legacy system migrations
Insurance industry experience is a must
Government or public sector experience is ideal
Strong communication and documentation skills
SQL knowledge is an asset
