Hybrid to OnSite
10 years of experience delivering business & IT analytical work packages
Developing current- state and future-state assessment reports, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business requirements documents, cost‐benefit analysis, and supporting financial analysis.
5 years of experience working in human resources, business functions and HR information systems.
Strong understanding of data warehouses, sources of data
Data relationships to generate meaningful insights and reports.
Strong knowledge of business rules and modelling techniques
Architecture, use case modelling
Conceptual and logical data modeling
Business rules and non-functional requirements definitions.
Excellent stakeholder management, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet multiple project deadlines and support project documentation.
