Senior Bilingual Business Analyst

Procom is currently looking for a Senior Bilingual Business Analyst for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: HYBRID (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: BILINGUAL (FLUENT)
CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Mandatory Skills

🔥 Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical BA as well as a must have a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a recognized Canadian postsecondary institution
🔥Must have a certification as a Business Analyst and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). A copy of the certifications must be provided in the bid proposal documents
🔥Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with written requirements for the development of components used on the OpenText TeamSite product formerly known as Interwoven
