We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned Java developer with strong Spring and AWS experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
Drive architectural design, estimation, and planning for backend services.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Java and Spring.
Work with AWS services to build and deploy modern, cloud-native applications.
Participate in DevOps tasks, CI/CD pipelines, and support ongoing app enhancements.
Contribute to technical decision-making and ensure code quality across global teams.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
✅ 4+ years using Spring Framework
✅ 4+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture and services
✅ Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
✅ Proficiency with microservices, serverless architecture, and scalable backend systems
✅ Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile development
✅ Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across time zones
