🧠 What You Bring
10–14 years of backend development experience with at least one dynamically typed, object-oriented language (Python preferred).
Solid experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and container orchestration.
Deep understanding of distributed architecture and event-driven systems.
Strong skills in Linux/Unix environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
Prior experience in high-availability, customer-facing environments.
