Senior Automation Test Lead

Role: Senior Automation Test Lead | Location: Toronto, ON

Recruiter Key Points:
10+ years of experience in Automation Testing (mandatory)
Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
Hands-on with Appium for mobile automation
Good knowledge of TestNG and Page Object Model (POM)
Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Telecom, E-commerce, or IoT domains is a plus
Lead-level experience: architecture, review, and team guidance
Must be flexible to provide handover to offshore teams
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
