Now Hiring: Senior Automation QA (Contract-to-Hire)
📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2x/month in office)
We’re looking for a technical, driven, and leadership-oriented Automation QA to join a fast-moving engineering team! If you love building scalable automation, mentoring testers, and improving testing strategies across the SDLC—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead and mentor a QA team across multiple sprints
✨ Build and maintain automation using Java + Cucumber
✨ Own API and integration testing initiatives
✨ Improve testing strategy, timelines, and overall quality
✨ Collaborate closely with dev, product, and engineering leaders
What You Bring:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Java, Cucumber, and automated frameworks
✔ Deep experience with API testing (REST, Postman, etc.)
✔ Proven leadership with the ability to guide and influence QA teams
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Solid understanding of Agile and CI/CD
