About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support enterprise-level resource planning across multiple retail banners. This role focuses on aligning resourcing and budgets to category plans and a customer-centric growth strategy, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate resource allocation across retail banners
Build and manage resourcing and budget plans
Track spend vs. plan and analyze variances
Prepare dashboards and insights for senior leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning efficiency
Must-Haves
3–5+ years in financial, retail, or resource planning
Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
