Hiring: Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting) | 6-Month Contract

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Accountant, Financial Reporting to join a high-performing finance team for a 6-month contract!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA or MBA holder to drive impact in the financial services sector. You’ll be at the heart of monthly reporting, providing deep-dive analysis that shapes management decisions.

📍 Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) ⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract
The Role:
– Manage monthly/quarterly reporting, journal entries, and financial statements.
– Provide proactive analysis to explain results and assist in forecasting.
– Streamline consolidated reporting processes and support audit requests.
– Collaborate with business partners to improve data quality and reporting strategy.

What You Bring:
– CPA (CA, CGA, CMA) designation, MBA, or equivalent experience.
– 3+ years in Financial Services.
– Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Tableau.
– A proactive, “client-first” mindset.
