Our challenge
We’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Hunter with a proven track record of building and managing a $30M+ multi-vertical portfolio. You’ll own the non-Financial Services market in Canada, driving net-new logo acquisition across Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Energy, and Mid-Market Enterprise.
This is a true hunter role for a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, Canada is CAD 250 K and more per annum & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Build and own Synechron’s non-financial services commercial pipeline in Canada across retail, CPG, energy, sports, hospitality, and mid-market enterprise
Leverage an established executive network to initiate high-value client conversations within the first 30 days.
Own the technical pursuit on strategic opportunities – run C-suite discovery sessions, design solutions, price outcome engagements, and lead proposals alongside the commercial team
Lead complex, multi-service-line deals spanning staff augmentation, managed capacity, and fixed-price outcome engagements
Serve as a trusted advisor to CTO, CDO, and CIO clients. provide strategic guidance on cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation as related to Synechron’s capabilities.
Register and actively manage hyperscaler co-sell opportunities – AWS, MSFT, Databricks and Snowflake partnership activation is a priority
Develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies in partnership with the MD Canada and marketing team
Build the Canada reputation in your verticals – speak, write, and show up at the right events.
Requirements:
15+ years of professional services sales experience across multiple industries, with a strong enterprise hunting track record and deep executive relationships.
Demonstrated technical leadership – architecture, delivery, and advisory across enterprise environments.
Demonstrated track record of $30M+ in portfolio management across diverse accounts – can show revenue realized (not just booked) by account
Proven experience selling technology services—including staff augmentation, managed services, and fixed-price/project-based delivery models—to C-suite and senior executive buyers.
Strong AWS, MSFT, Databricks and/or Snowflake partner relationships – co-sell registered and active
Works effectively with Farmers and Client Success Managers as part of an integrated account team, recognizing that delivery excellence is the foundation for client retention, future revenue, and long-term account growth.
Demonstrates strong situational awareness, can navigate complex organizational dynamics, build relationships quickly, and establish credibility and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Brings an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and is willing to roll up their sleeves to build and grow the business. This is a build-and-grow opportunity, requiring strong ownership, execution, and the ability to turn opportunities into results.
