Are you an Access Management expert with a strong focus on security and compliance? This role is essential in managing and securing identities, accounts, and access controls across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Access Management
✔️ Create, modify, and remove user accounts (Windows, SAP, Office 365, custom apps)
✔️ Manage privileged accounts, security tokens, and access groups
✔️ Handle password resets, credential distribution, and access troubleshooting
✔️ Ensure timely removal of access for departed personnel

Security Compliance & Auditing
✔️ Conduct regular audits of access rights, inactive accounts, and shared directories
✔️ Maintain security documentation, processes, and procedures
✔️ Assist with internal/external audits and implement corrective actions
✔️ Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and other regulatory standards

Physical & Logical Security
✔️ Manage physical access systems (ID cards, door access cards)
✔️ Monitor and enforce IT security policies to protect assets

User Support & Incident Response
✔️ Resolve access-related issues and support the service desk
✔️ Provide training to application/data owners
✔️ Respond to security incidents involving unauthorized access

Qualifications & Experience:
🎯 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🎯 High confidentiality and integrity standards
🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🎯 Experience in computer security and IT security operations

Desired Certifications:
✅ CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP, ITIL, or similar
