Scrum Master – Infrastructure

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Scrum Master – Infrastructure who will have a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and execution best practices you use to tackle the complex problems delivery teams face for technology initiatives. The idecal candidate should have strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Drive execution on Agile teams for IT Projects, provide guidance and thought leadership that will build Agile capability across the organization.
Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team’s direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivering leadership. Supports an environment where the team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions? Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.
Desired Skill Set:

5 years of proven experience in delivering scaled agile projects
5 years of experience in managing delivery of Data Network Infrastructure projects
5 years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience in a Canadian banking institution
Strong Risk Management capabilities to prevent impediments.
Strong communication skills/Executive-level communication
