Job Description:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).Coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Remove impediments to the teams progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure transparency in team progress through metrics and reporting (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational agility.
