Scrum Master

I’m currently looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master for a contract opportunity to join Simplii technology @ CIBC

This role requires someone who has truly worked as a dedicated Scrum Master and understands the depth of the role. And who can effectively facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and help drive continuous improvement within the team. A solid technical understanding is important, as the Scrum Master should be comfortable engaging with technical teams, understanding project complexities, and helping remove blockers effectively.
Experience supporting large, complex, multi-year initiatives within financial institutions will be highly valuable.
