Location: Scarborough, ON (3 days/week onsite)

Aaron Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a leading financial client. If you thrive in regulated environments and love enabling Agile teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
✔ Guide 1-2 Scrum teams in a financial services environment
✔ Facilitate ceremonies with a focus on compliance and risk awareness
✔ Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to balance Agile practices with industry regulations

What You Bring:
✅ 4+ years as a Scrum Master, preferably in banking/finance
✅ CSM/PSM certification and Agile coaching experience Plus
✅ Expertise in JIRA/Confluence and metrics-driven improvement
✅ Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams – Must have
