SAP TM

This is regarding a contract position for SAP TM in Calgary & Saskatchewan) You will be responsible to gather requirements, conduct and drive design discussions, conduct workshops, demos, advisory sessions, identify gaps and devise solutions to cover these gaps in SAP Transportation management solution.To apply please share resume at bijaya.padhi@firstvibe.ca
You will be required to lead functional teams in SAP transportation management.
You will be required to participate in developing and realizing packages and innovation use case using latest SAP software and tools.
You will be required to work with senior and junior stakeholders, drive and lead discussions and bringing solution designs to table.
Experience: 12+ Years
Minimum 4 end-to-end project implementation experiences in TM.
Certification in SAP TM is recommended.
Activate methodology and Solution Manager experience is a must.
Knowledge of debugging techniques and technical frameworks is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Signavio,CALM and other toolchain solutions will be an added advantage.
Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud would be an added advantage
Independently handle techno-functional requirements in large implementation projects and deliver an outcome following SAP Activate methodology
Ability to conduct customer workshops, gather requirements, design & execute solutions
Creative source of ideas and solutions to address problems
Leading SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live;
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM configurations, deployments, and integrations, including hands-on experience with Freight Units, Orders, Planning Cockpit, Optimization (VSR and Load Optimizers), Global Track and Trace, and interfaces with EWM, GTS, and external TMS;
Experience in consulting environments, client account management, or large-scale transformations (replacing legacy systems with SAP S/4HANA);
Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a project leader including monitoring project issues and escalations; and,
Certifications in SAP TM, Supply Chain Management, or related areas are a plus.
12+ years of ERP experience, including 8+ years of consulting experience. At least 8 years focused on SAP Transportation Management (TM);
