We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Lead who can translate high-level business requirements into scalable platform solutions and drive delivery from concept through execution.

📌 Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Canada.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and refine high-level requirements (Epics) into structured, platform-specific solution designs.
Define and decompose work into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.
Lead requirements workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
Contribute to delivery planning, including estimates, workplans, and critical path analysis.
Develop high-quality documentation and presentations, with a strong focus on PowerPoint.

✅ Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead or Senior BSA.
Strong expertise in translating Epics → Features → User Stories.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate at both executive and delivery levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Experience contributing to project planning, estimation, and delivery frameworks.
