TTP is seeking two experienced Salesforce Developers/Architects to join our client, a leading Health Sector Professional Services Firm focused on innovation in CRM, Marketing Technology, and Digital Engagement.

This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to a Salesforce Center of Excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance patient and client engagement.

Contract: 4 months with extension
Hybrid: 2 days/week in office (175 Bloor St E, Toronto)
Rate: $90/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical business functions.
– Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
– Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
– Configure core Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
– Implement and maintain security controls, profiles, and permission sets.
– Manage data quality through audits, cleansing, and ETL tools (e.g., Data Loader).
– Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
– Create and maintain technical documentation and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
– Manage deployment pipelines, release management, and version control using Git, Copado, or Gearset.
– Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive platform innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:
– 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Technical Consultant, or Architect.
– Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
– Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
– Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security architecture.
– Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is highly preferred.
– Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Change Sets).
