Key Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
✔ At least 3+ years leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300+ users
✔ Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
✔ Hands-on experience with complex data migration projects involving ETL activities
✔ Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations
