Salesforce CRM Lead Architect (Contract)

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead a CRM engagement spanning both platform planning and data migration strategy. This role requires strong leadership across multiple workstreams and the ability to drive roadmap execution.

📌 Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Canada.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM engagements, including platform planning and data migration strategy.
Define and drive the CRM roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Manage and coordinate concurrent workstreams, including planning for multiple releases in parallel.
Provide leadership across functional and technical teams to ensure aligned delivery.
Oversee data migration planning, including data mapping, cleansing, and transition strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.

✅ Key Qualifications:
Proven experience leading Salesforce CRM programs or large-scale implementations.
Strong expertise in CRM platform strategy and data migration planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple releases and concurrent workstreams.
Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
