8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC
Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques and documentation practices
Experience writing user stories acceptance criteria and functional flows
Experience with Person Accounts Household model and FSC standard objects
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Salesforce certifications Admin Business Analyst Sales Coud Service Cloud FSC preferred
Good to Have
Domain knowledge in Insurance Policy lifecycle Claims AgentBroker model Customer onboarding
Domain knowledge in Wealth Management Client onboarding Financial accounts Advisor workflows
Roles Expectations
Work closely with solution architects to ensure FSC capabilities align with business needs
Support digital transformation initiatives in Financial Services customers
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Help define current vs future state process models
