💠Must have telecom background
💠Lead requirement gathering workshops with senior stakeholders
💠Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
💠Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
💠Define data models, workflows, and automation strategies
💠Work in Agile/Scrum environments
