Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 8+ years’ experience as BSA, preferably with at least 3-5 recent experience working within a large highly matrixed complex financial institution 2) Demonstrated experience having worked on a large project with a budget of over $5 million, with competing priorities with multiple stakeholders 3) 3+ years’ experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Suite 4) Experience working within an Agile framework Nice-To-Have Skills: 1) Salesforce experience – experience with sub features of Salesforce a strong asset 2) Development experience – to have technical mindset in translating requirements 3) Project management skills – in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines DM for more details – no third party agencies
