Our client is expanding its footprint in North America and is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. If you’re passionate about business development and have a deep understanding of industrial and process industries, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead business development initiatives and nurture long-term client relationships
Design and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage complex sales cycles—from initial opportunity to final contract negotiation
Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored SaaS solutions for clients
Perform market intelligence and stay ahead of competitive trends
Represent the company at key marketing events and trade shows
Ensure seamless handoff and collaboration with delivery teams
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in real time
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
Proven B2B sales success in industrial solutions or software
Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas
Solid grasp of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
Skilled in consultative, complex sales approaches
Proficient with CRM tools and business software
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (French is a major plus)
Willing to travel across North America as required
