Do you have a passion for training, empowering sales teams, and ensuring success in fast-paced, dynamic environments? We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and support our Canadian sales organization!
About the Role: As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in: 🔹 Onboarding new Canadian-based sales hires
🔹 Upskilling and empowering third-party vendor teams
🔹 Supporting and optimizing sales processes to drive performance
🔹 Designing learning interventions and training programs
🔹 Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to improve overall sales effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
Run and update the onboarding program for Canadian sales hires.
Train and support vendor partners to deliver world-class sales enablement.
Conduct call calibrations, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Align with the broader Sales Enablement team to create impactful learning solutions.
What You Bring:
A strong background in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or SaaS (preferably in tech)
Excellent communication skills (ability to train, influence, and engage)
Consultative mindset: Understanding root causes and solving complex challenges
Proven ability to work across teams and influence without formal authority
Experience working with third-party vendor teams is a plus!
Pay Rate: $30 – 38/HR
Length: 12-Month Contract
Location: Toronto (Hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week)
