We’re Hiring: Sales Compensation Analyst (Anaplan) – Contract
Are you a data-savvy analyst with hands-on Anaplan experience? We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Operations team on a 4–6 month contract. This hybrid role (2 days/week onsite in Toronto) is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Own and manage the Anaplan compensation platform – from data accuracy to user administration.
Analyze sales performance and track productivity trends by rep, team, and channel.
Support goal setting, quota management, and territory planning.
Deliver actionable reports using Excel, Salesforce, and comp tools.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR to drive insights and improve compensation processes.
🧠 What You Bring:
5+ years in a data-heavy Analyst role (Sales Ops or Finance preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan
Expert-level Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Proven experience with sales compensation, quotas, and reporting
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
