Who We’re Looking For:
Sales Account Managers / Client Executives / Vice Presidents Business Development
We are looking for highly driven sales account managers with a love for technology to add to our sales team. If you love the autonomy of being able to build a business from the ground up, are interested in expanding into markets all across Canada and the U.S. and have a desire and ability to deliver for clients/candidates at a high level – please read on!
What would prepare you for success on our team?
Nice to Have Requirements:
1-3+ years of proven sales/recruiting experience in an agency environment
Knowledge of full lifecycle 360 recruitment
Experience with Government procurement methods and supply arrangements
Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
Experience with ATS/CRM Systems e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce etc.
Bilingualism (French and English) would be considered an asset
We are looking for someone who is extremely competitive, driven for success, a relentless drive and no fail attitude, coach-able, and someone who will do right by their clients and is ethical, fun, and an overall pleasure to work with.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify, qualify and close sales pursuits within targeted accounts.
Meet sales KPI’s and EBITDA targets.
Develop and maintain strong relations with our alliance partners.
Enhance business relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction.
Developing account plans and sales strategies that will ensure sustainable business growth.
Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
Engaging in relationship building and networking activities to develop additional sales opportunities.
Leverage your industry knowledge, experience, and thought leadership to envision how technology can transform our customer’s business to drive higher levels of customer experience and engagement.
Establish Wirehead as the preferred Talent Partner by building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across all our verticals.
Serve as an expert client executive in one of the following sectors: Banking/Financial Services/Insurance, Technology/Media/Telecom, Broader Public Sector/Government/Defense, or Healthcare/Life Sciences.
