Ruby on Rails Developers

Our tech client is looking for 2 Senior Backend Ruby on Rails Developers and 2 Intermediate Backend Ruby on Rails Developers!

Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience, with a focus on Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), software design patterns, and scalable system architecture
Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and best practices for backend integration
Proficiency with Git, including version control strategies and branching workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with containerization tools like Docker, and familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Exposure to additional backend technologies or frameworks such as Python, Java, or Node.js
