Job Title: RPA UiPath Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Contract

Note: Need 6+ candidate with valid Canadian visa.

Job Description:
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant
Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable workflows following UiPath best practices
Analyse business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements
Create and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation
Integrate automations with APIs, databases, OCR tools, and third-party systems
Deploy, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot bots in UiPath Orchestrator
Provide post production support, incident resolution, and bot stability improvements
Perform root cause analysis and enhance existing automations
Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, and governance standards
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and performance
Work with Git/Azure DevOps and follow proper version control practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross functional collaboration
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Bring 6–8 years of RPA experience (4+ in UiPath) with strong problem solving and communication skills
