We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, RFP submission, and content writing, coupled with excellent written communication skills. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our market presence.

hashtag#Key hashtag#Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve targets and growth objectives.
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing strategies.
– Develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase our product/service awareness.
– Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
– Lead the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs).
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
– Develop compelling proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
– Create high-quality, persuasive content for proposals, marketing materials, and other business documents.
– Ensure all written communications are clear, concise, and professionally presented.
– Maintain a consistent tone and style that aligns with the company’s brand voice.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
– Proven experience with RFP submission and proposal writing.
– Strong content writing skills with a portfolio of relevant work.
– Exceptional written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Experience in the Global Staffing/Staffing industry.
– Prior experience in working North American Shift
– Knowledge of North American companies and industry trends are desirable.
– Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
