-Strategic Thinking and Roadmap Development: Ability to develop and assess technology roadmaps that align with business goals and market trends.
-Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Expertise in optimizing real estate operations, including property management, leasing, maintenance, and resident engagement.
-Property Management Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of property management processes, including tenant relations, building systems, and maintenance operations.
-Data-Driven Decision Making and Success Metrics: Experience in defining KPIs and measuring the success of technology initiatives, focusing on impact to resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and ROI.
