The RFP Manager, Presentations is a key storyteller for our Group Retirement Services (GRS) business—bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals and strategic messaging. This role owns the GRS slide libraries, ensuring every presentation reflects our latest innovations, solutions, and brand voice. Working closely with Account Executives (AEs), marketing, and product teams, this individual transforms complex content into persuasive, client-ready presentations that help us win and retain business across both large and mid-sized opportunities.

What will you do:

 

Demonstrate creativity and ability to transform ideas or content into compelling visuals that effectively communicate our message and engage clients, working within our brand guidelines.
Own and maintain the GRS slide libraries, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with evolving business strategies and product offerings.
Provide strategic input and content updates for consultant and advisor presentations to ensure alignment with the current GRS narrative.
Work closely with AEs on the creation of shortlist presentations that help us win and retain business.
Maintain a centralized library of shortlist presentation decks, ensuring easy access, version control, and alignment with brand and messaging standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance the visual and narrative quality of presentations, incorporating feedback and best practices to elevate client engagement.
Partner closely with marketing on the evolution of our GRS story and make recommendations based on your hands on experience with the GRS sales team.
Assist in the coordination of finalist presentations and related materials when needed.
Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for presentation creation and RFP support.

Qualifications:

 

5+ years of experience in proposal management, sales enablement, or marketing communications, preferably in financial services or a B2B environment.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design, with experience in SharePoint, content management systems, and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Smartsheet experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills – applies a structured approach to identify and analyze options, including internal and external risks and impacts.
Creative problem solver – solution-focused, able to think outside the box to develop sponsor-focused solutions and challenges the status quo.
Execution-focused – excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and fluctuating workloads.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of Group Retirement Services operations and offerings. Enrollment in or completion of CEBS would be an asset.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-focused messaging.
Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a passion for storytelling.

The base salary for this position is between $63,500 – $117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
